Crisis to “Christ is”

Look what’s happening

Hear the noise so deafening

Notice the darkness so blinding

Chaos is all over the place

It seems like everything is a mess

We are facing an enemy yet unseen

Anxiety starting to creep in

Depression is everywhere

Oppression is just around the corner

What an unbearable scene!

What a mess we have been!

But haven’t you heard that it’s okay not to be okay?

That after every storm, there is a rainbow anyway

There might be pain in the night but joy comes in the morning

So put your head up high, put a halt to your suffering

Smile and learn to dream again for life is beautiful

Put your trust in Him and your life becomes meaningful

Rest if you have to then face another day with new hope

Don’t doubt yourself, I know you will cope

For He will not forsake you nor abandon you

Celebrate your small victories in spite of the crisis

Remember that to where you are at this crisis is where Christ is.
